The Hearing Room

My kiddo has been complaining about pain in one of the ears.

We have visited various clinics but they kept saying no issues and that the ears are “clear” after screening with the special magnifying equipment.

However, each time I used a torch to see, it doesn’t look that clear, but hey! I’m no expert so I trust the clinics.

The last straw came when my kiddo said she feels there’s “something”.

Knowing that The Hearing Room is very popular with their customers, I tried my luck and Luke was very kind to slot us in, sacrificing his lunch for us!

I arrived early as was greeted warmly by Luke and his colleague Faith. A quick screen showed that one of her ears is blocked, full of ear wax!

They are highly experienced in working with kids even though bulk of their patients are generally more senior. I believe it’s their strong “care of patient” ethos that is unwavering.

They have a professional equipment that I believe cannot be easily found. It was painless for my kiddo and super quick!

I was dumbfounded by the amount of ear wax that came out.

My kiddo definitely felt so much better and I’m thankful for the professionalism and expertise of the hearing room!
